best all you can eat hotpot in New York City. freah ingredits, attentive service, very cool ambiance too.

Came here for the second time today for a celebration. It never ceases to amaze me the quality of food, the variety of choices, and the friendliness of the staffs. Everything is top-notch, needless to say! Really enjoyed the experience and with the promotion, we became vips and topped up to get additional value for our bucks. Highly highly recommend here!

Came here for a family dinner. Had a hot pot split into mild and spicy flavour. Order many food. The service was fabulous. A relative doesn't know how to use the drink machine, and a staff helped her. The place has many ancient Chinese decoration. Has vendors to take some snack with membership. Counter has sauces to make our own sauce. Had tender beef, spicy crayfish, abalone, salmon, shrimp, tuna, oyster, fried bun, stews, and more. Very fulfilling for a family dinner. Food taste very good. Can order through a tablet.

Amazing AYCE buffet , best in Brooklyn, great for family They have dessert bar too ! Highly recommended

I was excited to try this hot pot. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby after searching for a bit. I walked into a big restaurant that was super unique! I was sat and served by Boye, and he was cool. Everything was digital order, and I got the 1/2 tomato and 1/2 spicy broth with noodles, crab shrimp, and corn. It came out in about 10 minutes, and I drank a Corona. When it came out, it smelled great. I ate both at the same time and the spicy was wow wayyyyy spicy. The tomato was very much to my liking. I really loved the crab and the noodles! I really really enjoyed my time!

Very long wait. We waited for about a hour, but if you're there for 45 mins they give you free a drink such as iced tea. Make sure you get there early so you don't miss out on the desserts. Because of the long wait, by the time we sat and was ready for the dessert they were closing up everything and we didn't get to experience the tanghulu. As for the food, we got the house special broth in very spicy. There was a lot of peppercorn in the broth which made it less flavorful and more annoying as it would go straight to your nose. I think I'd get it regular spicy when I go back. The pork bone broth was perfect though. The service was good and all of the sides were great too. I would definitely go back

It's my first time visit and I already like this place. Service: book reservation ahead is highly recommended, especially during weekends. You may end up waiting 2hours + without booking reservation ahead. The staff here is always friendly, I don't have any complaints. They all seem working hard. Food: I personally like the tomato soup base. It's very refreshing. However, it could be better. I feel it's not thick enough. So deduct one star. Meat quality is good. And I eat lamp more than beef. Sauce section has a large variety sauce to choose. But I think they could add more to make their competitive advantage higher. Price: members pay less. But it's acceptable price. Environment: loud, and crowded during weekends. But I'm ok with it.

Very rare five star ***** review -- but wow, from the quality of food to service, ambiance, and interior design, this hot pot restaurant left no crumbs. Xiang Hotpot opened years back in Sunset Park and they were known for quality and the amazing interior decor. I've actually never tried until recently because well, there's better AYCE hot pots in Brooklyn. Xiang was not an AYCE hot pot restaurant when it first opened. I realized they've changed their menu and now offer two types of hot pot buffets - basic one and a luxury seafood one. I went for the luxury seafood hot pot which included unlimited appetizers, food and drinks. The ambiance in this restaurant is immaculate and all the employees are dressed in hanfu clothing to match the decor of the ancient China design. It really feels like you walked into ancient Chinese dynasty time period. If you're a regular, there is a VIP reward system and you can redeem your points for desserts or special treats, which they have little vendors on the side where you can order it from. There is also a section for appetizers and you can grab unlimited drinks from the fridge area too. They have really good kelp salad. Anyways, let's talk about food -- the selection of seafood is endless. There's sashimi, raw oysters, crab, and so much more! Only thing I noticed they didn't have is mantis shrimp. The presentation of the food is really nice too. Overall meal is about $70 after tips and tax, which is comparable to the other luxury seafood hot pot spots in the area. We already look forward to coming back.

All around great no frills AYCE hot pot restaurant! Great service, good food and overall amazing experience. It does get busy during peak hours on weekends so make sure to make a res ahead of time.
